What is your return policy?
Our return policy is listed on our "Store Policies" page. For the safety of our staff, we do not accept returns, however, we will replace products that are received damaged if the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will only offer a full refund if the product cause harm or you experience an allergic reaction.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards. Our gift cards can be used towards both our products and services.
What are the payment options?
As of January 1, 2022 we will no longer accept CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle as a form of payment. Cash, credit/debit cards only.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes, we will service our customers in the comfort of their own home. For this service there is an additional fee of 40$ that must be paid as a non-refundable charge for travel.
